The FCCLA Section 8 Rally was hosted at Alton High School on February 20th. Callie Jones competed in a state proficiency event, Frosted Cakes. Jenna Beck competed in a state proficiency event, Cookie Decorating. Both students have advanced to FCCLA State Conference in April. Both Jenna and Callie were elected Section 8 Officers. Great job Callie and Jenna, and good luck at FCCLA State Conference. A special thank you to our FCCLA voting delegate, Kaitlyn Warren. Also, Madison Gillock led our chapter's workshop on encouragement and appreciation of teachers and other students.
