The survey results are a required component of ISBE’s Annual Performance Report to the United States Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs. Local education agencies (schools) are selected based on a six year cycle. This year, we were selected. Not all parents will receive this survey as a random sample of parents are selected for each school. The purpose of this email is to share this informational flyer and to let you know that the survey is not junk mail, and that we would greatly appreciate you taking a few moments to complete and return the survey. Parents may complete the paper survey and return it by mail or complete it online at the provided web address. Please do not hesitate to contact the high school office if you have any questions regarding the survey.
